SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take a moment to read our sponsorship terms and conditions.

1. Your sponsorship runs for one year from the date of payment. If you have chosen the recurring option your sponsorship will renew automatically one calendar year from the date first purchased.

2. Sponsorship purchased by debit or credit card will renew automatically unless you

   have chosen the one-off payment.

3. If you would like to stop your automatic renewal please contact us on info@horsesforgood.org.uk at least seven days prior to the renewal date, which is one calendar year from the date of the original purchase.

4. Sponsorships paid by standing order renew automatically every year unless you stop the mandate.

5. If you made a mistake or changed your mind about sponsoring, cancellations will only be accepted within 14 working days from the payment date. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

6. Horses for Good reserves the right to end your sponsorship if payment is not cleared. 
7. Visits are made only by prior appointment.
8. In the unlikely event of illness, Horses for Good reserves the right to reschedule your visit. We will always strive to give you as much notice as possible.
9. Please allow a week to receive your emailed sponsorship pack and contact us if you have not received it after this period.
10. If you want to upgrade your sponsorship, you need to cancel your standing order with the current sponsorship level and restart at the new level of your choice. However, if you paid by debit or credit card, you might wait until the sponsorship year ends or, alternatively, create a new sponsorship alongside the current one.
11. You can sponsor more than one horse by setting up a separate sponsorship for each horse at any level.
12. All sponsored horses remain the property of Horses for Good. In the event that our horses are relocated to different premises due to expansion or any other reason, Horses for Good will notify you.
13. Sponsors will be informed as soon as practically possible in the rare event of their horse being terminally ill and needing, as a very last resort, to be put to sleep. You will be invited to transfer your sponsorship or receive a refund for the months left to make the full year.
14. There are four levels of sponsorship, with each one providing a different sponsorship pack as follows:

• Level 1: £36 paid annually (£3/month) sponsorship pack includes an online sponsorship certificate.
• Level 2: £60 paid annually (£5/month) sponsorship pack includes an online sponsorship certificate and regular photo updates of the sponsored horse.
• Level 3: £120 paid annually (£10/month) sponsorship pack includes an online sponsorship certificate, regular photo updates of the sponsored horse, and an annual visit (conditions apply, see points 6 & 7) to meet your horse.
• Level 4: £180 paid annually (£15/month) sponsorship pack includes an online sponsorship certificate, regular photo updates of the sponsored horse and two facilitated visits (conditions apply, see points 6 & 7) to groom, walk or just be with your horse.
